This is what they said about the Award...

"The Oscar Romero Award has given me the opportunity to reflect on and evaluate how we live our lives as Catholics and what we want to instil in our pupils to make this world a better place for all God's children. The award has motivated me to bring about change with the support of pupils, staff and parents. We have worked together with a common goal to not only educate pupils on Catholic Social Teaching but to put their faith into action by taking part in several projects throughout the year. I have worked solely on this award with the Pope Francis Action Team and am keen to involve pupils in future policy-making and aspects of decision-making in the school. I am thoroughly enjoying taking part in the award and intend to continue onto the final stage of the Oscar Romero Award."
