Information provided on the registration form and on your application form for each Award Level together with all other personal data held about the school or individuals is processed in accordance with the Oscar Romero Award Trust’s GDPR and Privacy Notice.   Details of our GDPR Policy and Privacy Notice are accessible in Sections G and H of our Safeguarding Policies.

GDPR and Privacy Notice for Participator, Developer and Innovator Level Applications

Personal data, which is any information that can be used to identify a living person, for example through images of groups or individuals or examples of work, is the responsibility of the school, who must have obtained consent to include the data. By submitting such information as part of your application, you also give consent to The Oscar Romero Award Trust to use that information (submitted evidence, information and summary statements) for its publicity purposes.
